Soft Serve Mix, Chocolate

Our chocolate Soft Serve mix is a dry mix. It is reconstituted with cold water and frozen down in a soft serve machine. Although low in fat, it provides the same creamy mouth feel and delicious taste as traditional dairy soft serve while being gluten free, lactose free, and contains no trans-fats. Each package will make approximately 88 2/3 cup servings.
